My step dad past away October 2024 and we already knew we were going to choose newcomers Northeast chapel because they have taken care of plenty of friends and family with such grace and excellence.
Unfortunately just 10 months later we had to use newcomers Northeast chapel again My mother passed away on August 18th 2025. And once again they went above and beyond to make sure my family and my mother's final visitation was proper and handled with care. Thank you to all the staff of newcomers but especially thank you to Jessica Ball you were really compassionate and caring .
4 Family members so far (3 caskets 1 cremation) were entrusted to Newcomer over the past 20 yrs. I know at least 2 more family members will use their services again. No need to say more. Coordination between Newcomer & cemetary services is excellent.
My patents had everything pre-arranged, so the experience with Newcomer was pretty smooth. Taylor was very kind and helped me feel comfortable with the cremation and obituary processes.
