Manicures feature nail art better than imagined, with clean, painless cuticle and nail prep. The artistry for polish, dip, gel, and nail art application is quick and skilled. The team provides amazing service, with individuals who are hilarious, really sweet, and could teach classes on customer service, making clients feel treated like royalty. The experience is highly recommended, with many noting it is the best ever. The staff is personalable, patient, and detail-oriented, paying great attention to detail to make nails look better than ever. They are accommodating, even for same-day appointments or special requests, working to fit clients in. The interior decor and music add to the welcoming, approachable atmosphere that turns a rough day around. The space has THE best energy and you will leave better than how you arrive. My experience here was EXCELLENT !!!!! The ladies here could teach classes on customer service. I was treated like a King. The pedicure I received was thee best EVER (Thanks Margaret) I can't say enough about how these ladies made me feel. I HIGHLY recommend this business to all !!!!! ☆☆☆☆☆
I don’t live in Columbus, but if I did Nail Behavior would be my nail salon! At first I just wanted to get my natural nails painted but then I mentioned to Mari that I’ve never done acrylic and wanted to, and instead just telling me that they didnt have time, they worked the around to accommodate. Tiana did the acrylic and Mari painted my nails. They both paid so much attention to detail and made my nails look better than they ever have. Plus they’re all hilarious and really sweet!! Like I said, if I lived in Columbus, I’d be a loyal customer every few weeks to get an amazing set and gab with my new girlfriends. (Sorry for any misspelled names!)
