Reliable. In 2019 I chose to purchase a dilapidated duplex, which required a complete renovation. Since the project was financed through the HUD 203k program it required the contractor to navigate quite a bit of paperwork, and required some risk for the general contractor due to the draw structure. Called for a quote to install an exterior door and Bill answered. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and saved me a lot of time/money. I have not gotten to use his services, but he will be the first handyman I call the next time I need one.
