Customers consistently praise the friendly and courteous staff, with many noting that they always receive great service and even extras like air fresheners. The staff is described as friendly and helpful, contributing to a positive experience. While some feel that the prices can be a bit high, like $18 for a middle-of-the-road wash, many find the affordable package deals worth it. The vacuums are always noted to be in perfect condition, and the attendants are helpful. However, some customers wish Moo Moo would provide drying cloths or towels after the wash to ensure their vehicles are completely dry and clean. Overall, customers appreciate that their cars come out looking brand new, even after being exposed to snow and salt on the roads.
Moo Moo is better than Broadway.
The lines always look so intimidating! But do not fear. . .they move everyone thru with the efficiency of theater restroom attendants. For people who love clean cars, you get to watch all the swooshing, and pop out the other side all sparkly clean. Plus, for $20 a month you can go thru as many times as you want. . .making it sooo MUCH cheaper than a Broadway ticket!
Thanks for being awesome Moo Moo!
Generally a good option. I would not get a membership again with the thought that it will get you through faster. Check out the photo, the line for members is twice as long as if I would have paid for individual services
I get my car washed frequently. I've noticed lately that during the drying process, the air blowers don't completely get all of the water blown off, leaving water spots, especially on the windows, windshield, etc.
When I first started Moo Moo years ago, that wasn't a concern. I don't know how they would fix it back to those days.
