“Great experience, as far as repair stores go (you're usually not 'just visiting'). I have the Asurion protection plan from my wireless carrier, which made the process both easy and inexpensive (for this issue, a cracked screen on a Samsung S22 Ultra, and the service repair was free w/o any deductable).I highly recommend grabbing the protection plan directly from them, as it will cover all your electronics, making it a great deal.The location itself is slightly out of the way (off Polaris Parkway) but if that's the only complaint, still a 5 star experience.Recommended.“

“Went in with a broken camera lens and instead of charging me they offered to clean it and actually found that the lens was scratched. I would have had spent $99 to get something that wouldn’t have solved the problem but luckily the staff was helpful enough to help me avoid that problem. 10/10“
