I have had annual maintenance on my HVAC from Minutemen for 15 years now. Put simply - Jim is the best! Great knowledge, great communication, and trustworthy.

Story: One snowy below zero January night, my furnace stopped. I called Jim and he came over at like 1am, diagnosed the issue, found a 24 hour warehouse with the part, picked it up and had me back up and running before morning came. And that's why i recommend him strongly!

I have use minutemen heating and air conditioning for couple of years. Jim is always on time and let you know up front what is going on with your unit. He will tell you how much it will be.
