Emma was absolutely amazing. I usually go to a different location due to being in school. I was able to get into the New Albany location within a few days of being in town. Emma was super kind, very courteous, and her bedside manner was beyond impeccable. I would simply go here just to chitchat with Emma regardless. Thank you all for such a great experience! Been going to Milan Laser in New Albany for over a year now. Always great customer service, clean rooms, and super helpful nurse practitioners doing the treatment. Fantastic results! Laser hair removal naturally comes with some pain, but the cooling air they use helps so much. Every NP I’ve had too always gives me a stress ball to squeeze if needed and coaches you through it. Would highly recommend this location and brand!

She made me feel completely comfortable, explained everything clearly, and kept the conversation flowing so naturally that the whole appointment flew by.
