We really enjoyed working with Lutton! We got a full kitchen remodel from them as well as new half bath flooring. Every construction project has obstacles and Kyle, the owner, made it his personal mission to complete the project as smoothly and quickly as possible. We also want to specifically shout out Travis who installed the cabinets as a one-man job and we were so impressed! We love our new kitchen and would use Lutton again if we end up moving and need another kitchen remodel!

While I unfortunately decided against doing a remodel at this time, I feel compelled to provide a review, as Jonathan at Lutton was great. While all our other quotes came from sales people who were pushy and tried to his the cost of services, Lutton sent an actual contractor. They were also the only group to provide an itemized quote (not super detailed, but a rough est. for everything-- 3 other groups gave us just one number, making it hard to determine where the costs were coming from). Lutton Construction did a great job replacing bathtub with new show that included raising the ceiling and installing a new sink and cabinet. They also remodeled the kitchen with new cabinets, tile added a door and a window. Travis did exceptional work. The people at Lutton were easy to work with and attentive to our needs. We ran into a few bumps and Lutton Construction was quick to fix the issues to our satisfaction. Their intent is customer satisfaction. A very nice company and easy to work with.
