This office employs a female staff member that does not respect client privacy, especially to the Korean community. I absolutely do not feel comfortable or safe sharing my personal and financial information with this office due to this staff member. The owner should be more selective and cognizant about hiring certain staff.

Worst CPA service in the world. God forbid you're ever desperate enough to deal with this firm. They can't get anything done in time, and if they do, it's usually in need of corrections. Please do yourself a favor and look for professional help with your tax needs elsewhere, this is not the place. Trust me.
