I've been going to COPAW with my cats for years, and they are great and always so caring. However, the new AI secretary they have implemented is terrible!!! If someone at COPAW is reading this please advocate for bringing back a human to answer calls.
We love this place, our first visit was last week and right off the bad they are waaaaaaay better than our last vet.
They greated our Hades with a smile and got down on the floor with him to actually befriend him. Our last vet used a treat to get his attention and then took it away right after. Then had the nerve to write on his file that he's aggressive SMH.
We are looking forward to our follow-up next week!
First time coming here and I had a wonderful experience. I was dealing with a 5 month old pregnant cat that had been abandoned by a former neighbor. I didn't want to leave her on the streets but my vet wanted over $400 dollars for the procedure and I don't have that kind of money. A very stressful experience calling all around town to try and get the cat in quickly and for a lower cost. COPAW did exactly that! They scheduled her ASAP and for a great price. The receptionists at check in/check out were great and efficient. The techs were super friendly and knowledgeable.
