I had a Chapter 13 bankruptcy as a result of a botched FHA HARP loan modification by the lender. I was in my review for approximately 18 months (which is now not allowed) and denied, given 30 days to pay $16k+ or be put thru for foreclosure. I used this firm to file my bankruptcy, as well as, later was able to transition to a Chapter 7. I was given sound advise, was respected, provided exceptional representation, and charged a fair price. I have asked several other questions thereafter and have been provided invaluable information, as well as, suggestions on how to avoid future fees and so forth. I applaud this firm for their ethics and caring disposition. They were sensitive to me as I was a basket-case based on the situation presented...so I will most eagerly suggest their services to others.
