“I went in today around 1pm to have my engagement ring re-sized. Ivanna told me because tomorrow is Saturday, Monday would be the pick up date. I was happy with the price and still the turn around time was great. I received a call from Ivanna at 5:30pm the same day, letting me know my ring is done & that I could pick it up Sat. Because I live super close, I asked if I could come get it right then and she said she would wait on me, if I got there after 6. Well, I arrived 10mins. Later excited to pick up my re-sized ring. :) Ivanna is super sweet, they did a wonderful job! She made my day/my year!
