The center offers private rooms with amenities like TVs, recliners, and sofas, as well as a snack bar and freedom to move around during treatment. With a focus on patient care and satisfaction, Horizon Infusions ensures a pleasant experience, with minimal wait times and compassionate treatment from its friendly and professional staff.
Was a bit nervous for my first infusion treatment and i think the staff could tell. They had amazing bedside manner and all of the staff was very friendly. They have private rooms with a TV, recliner, and a sofa. Plus they have a snack bar and you can walk around during treatment. Not a single complaint from me.
Horizon Infusions is a top-notch organization. My monthly visits there are very pleasant, as I am cared for by very friendly, compassionate people, and the office is pristine and beautiful! Over my 12 visits, I have never waited more than 5 minutes to receive service. I'm so glad I found them.
Excellent, caring people operate this infusion center. I get two shots each month; and I can't say enough good about how this is handled. Marcy is the nurse who administers my meds.
