I have been in several times here when I need to get in somewhere quick. I walked in today at 12:40 & signed in on the sheet and sat down to wait. Shortly after I walked in a mother & daughter were outside looking over the options & walked in. After waiting about 30 minutes they called the daughter over, the man working the front indicated to the employee that I was the next in line. He disregarded & I continued to wait. Another bed opens & the employee said she'll be with me in 2 minutes, she needed to work the register. Then she proceeded to grab the girls mother & tell me another 5 minutes. Is this a luxury spa? Nope. Do you get a convenient, efficient, deep massage? Yup! Everyone here is so friendly and they get right to your problem muscles. If my muscles need attention asap, this is where I go.

Pretty good rub! Was visiting Columbus and needed.
I was will say pretty nice until they think they deserve more tip money.
Got rude and did hand gesture like okay move along.
