Home Instead rescued us because we had to go back home to North Carolina on Sunday. We had been trying to convince Dad he couldn’t stay by himself. Late Friday he agreed. We called Home Instead on Saturday and Betty Phillips came and started a caregiver on Sunday when we had to leave.
Caregivers came to the house daily and took care of Dad. They got to know him and catered to his requests and needs. He enjoyed having them around.
I would highly recommend Home Instead. They were a lifesaver to us especially because we lived out of state. However even if you live in town this quality of care is outstanding for your loved ones.
I highly recommend Home Instead of Columbus. Betty Phillips does a fantastic job and her staff is very caring. The caregiver Melissa (Mimi) who provided comfort care to my mother was one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Mimi was kind, caring, attentive and just a loving person. My mother's care was exceptional.
Home Instead has such a friendly and trust worthy staff! That Melissa who works in the office is extremely helpful! They always succeed in adapting to my families needs because their needs are constantly changing. I apprecaite their ability to always find a solution and always come through. Would highly recommend!
