When I contacted Hetter because of a non-working AC, a technician was at my home in 20 minutes. He determined that I needed a new HVAC system. A salesman arrived in the afternoon and gave me a portable air conditioner to use during the holiday weekend. On 9/3/2024 two of the nicest guys, Zac and Devan arrived to install my AC and furnace. They worked so well together and were very kind. As they worked, removing the old compressor and furnace, another Hetter truck pulled up and removed these things so there was no clutter or trash lying around. I'm sure my condo neighbors appreciated that! And the installation was pretty quiet which surprised me. Zac was very helpful in explaining how to use the new thermostat. My old HVAC was 20 years old and now I have a quiet, efficient Tempstar. I honestly can't hear it running! All plusses!! I've been a Hetter customer for only a couple of years but the service and discounts I have with them really paid off. Thank you Zac and Devan!
