I got my hair cut by Emily, after a year of growing it out, and she did a fantastic job. Even with as busy as the place was, and with me unsure how much I wanted cut, they stayed on top of everything and kept a good conversation going.

Emily is a champ! If she is as skilled as a student as she is at giving a clean fade, she'll be one hell of a Residential Engineer! If you need a fade; request Emily! She will e=mc^2 your scalp like Einstein

I am chronically ill and some days are better than others. One thing I struggle with is washing my hair in the shower because I cannot lift my arms over my head due to weakness and said health issues.So when I came in and explained to the woman at the desk my situation she was very empathetic and kind to me about it. I told her I feel embarrassed just coming in for a wash but my hair is extremely long and needed a good cleansing.She worked so hard to make sure she didn't miss even one hair on my head, she was patient and gentle. She took her time. I didn't mind, I almost fell asleep.I gave her a 90% tip on service for a shampoo/wash. I wish I could remember her name but...read full review
