I have been getting my haircut here for about 2 years due to money issues and let me yell you, the people around me are none the wiser lol. And I've gone to a few different people and no huge discrepancies. I've had 100$ haircuts too and aside from ambiance,a fancy silk cape and a glass of champagne I cannot tell a difference.

I go to this Great Clips all the time and their are some great hair stylist in this shop. Today I got the worst haircut since going to great clips. I guess the girl who cut my hair should not talk while she cuts hair. From now on I will call ahead to see if Mary or Tracey is working. Shame on you great clips for hiring unskilled hair stylist in your saloon. I am very unhappy and plan on seeing if another stylist can fix my haircut. I also would hope you would at least refund my money for the poor service I received.

I can't recall the young ladies name that cut my hair but she has serviced me on several occasions, i wish that i could get her every time that i come there. In the 6 six years that i have been coming to this location i always left satisfied with her abilities! She is the most thorough one that i have ran across at this location. I tell her this every time that i do get her and hope that your company and her manager know this to be true.
