We had a car that would not start. Joe was dispatched to assist through AAA. Joe was very professional and tested the battery, ran diagnostics and found the problem. He switched out the old battery and ran some more tests. Joe was very friendly and respectful. He was excellent and I highly recommend Joe and this company.

Once again, I DIY’d myself into an emergency. This time, I was replacing my front door knob, which was totally locked up, leaving me unable to get in and out of my house. Got the old broken knob off, but the center part wouldn’t come out after 90 minutes of trying everything short of taking the door off the hinges.
Manny came over very quickly, got the broken part out right away (even after saying he’d never seen that before ?), and then put my new door knob on for me and made sure it was perfect. Fast service, beyond friendly. If I ever need a locksmith again, I’m calling them first.

I called 10 locksmiths for prices to make 1 key for my 2004 Lexus RX330. Gold is the only local locksmith certified by AAA. Prices ranged from $180 to as high as $545. I discovered the higher quotes included "flashing" the car OB Computer, the lower to mid-range quotes didn't, knowing that was going to "an additional fee" charged once on the site to raise the price $200. Joe from Gold called back and immediately said my car didn't need to be "Flashed" based on make and model. I was impressed he took the time to research it, because I knew this already the key lost in post hurricane mail from Florida was a replacement I paid $400... read full review
