This entire staff is so kind, helpful, warm, caring and supportive! It's so easy to tell how much they all love animals, and their collective care of our rescue dog, Taco, was clear. They made me feel very comfortable. Amazing service, too!

I was so impressed by this clinic! Overall an extremely efficient and caring staff as well as a calming hospital setup with private entrances and waiting rooms for cat and dog visitors. That made such a difference in the whole experience for me and our pup! He was new to German Village and gets a bit skittish around unfamiliar faces, but Dr. Smith and her team were so patient and kind towards him. They were thorough in checking him over and trying to obtain his past vet’s records, and they’re very easy to schedule with via their online portal. Very thankful for discovering this local spot!

Very friendly staff! Our cat is a bit cantankerous, and she is well taken care of when we visit. We also feel like our concerns and needs are responded to thoughtfully. We would recommend to all cat owners in the area!
