Usually I have a great experience with the FCVSC. However, this time was very sub-par. I requested assistance due to unforseen circumstances for rent, food, electric & gas bill. I requested this on the 22nd of the month prior to the month in need. Usually, I get a call back within a few days, I give the the requested documents if I hadn't already sent what they need which I do, and I get approval within a week if my request. This time I hot a call after about 5 days, I sent the documents requested and about 2 weeks into the month, I get a call requesting information (Ledger, W-9, and management office address ) that they already should have on file since I've lived at...read full review

I have been dealing with the Franklin County veterans administration for over 3 months now asking for help. You never get phone calls or emails return to you and the young kid that they assign to my case that I spoke with maybe two times has the phone manners of about a 10-year-old. This has been absolutely worthless asking them for any type of help and this is where the VA directs you to ask for help. It just seems to me like the Franklin County veterans administration does not want to help veterans. Been dealing with the commission for several years off and on and never one time was I treated unfairly always treated with respect and courtesy, yes you might have to wait awhile if you go to office you will need all documents if you do not have documentation then you will need to come back they have always helped me and 90 percent of questions and info can be found on website
