Fairly priced, quick service, and very approachable staff. The owner is a young, ambitious business owner and OSU graduate. My Lenovo ThinkPad wouldn't turn on, and none of the standard troubleshooting would work. After an initial diagnosis, they identified the issue and put it in que for repair. I picked it up a few days later with all of my data exactly where it was. Hopefully I'll never have to visit Buckeye Laptop again, but if I do have hardware issues it'll be the first place I think of.

Fast, the quality of service is affordable, and I will certainly go there again for my MacBook Pro and other apples needs. I am not a computer person and I didn't want to be taken advantage of. They explain their process, answered my questions, and kept me in the loop from start to finish.They are now my computer people and trust them!
