Yes ms jawanda carter was very professional she ran everthing down to me and got me the maximum refund that I wasn't expecting I tried to do mine my own but my numbers was way low compared to the numbers that she gave me I'm definitely going to use her for next year she did a really good job and very very professional.

Generally I do my own taxes on Turbotax. But I was recommended Jawanda Carter through a good friend. After doing some research, I was impressed with her clients reviews and the large amount of returns she was able to get back. I was hesitant but in due time I reached out to her and turned over all my information. I was impressed with her dedication as she had to contact me mutiple times about a locked document. Within an hour of giving her all my documents she emailed me back with my return. Not only was she efficient but it was the largest amount I have ever received.
