We've lived here for over 15 yrs & have taken all of our cats here to Fifth & Kenny! Our Precious 15.5 yr old Cat was given to us as a kitten by the Original Head Doctor, Dr. Custer! ❤ We Love U & Will Miss seeing you there! He's retired now & his then Assistant Audra will be moving up & we couldn't be Happier for her! She's the most warm, kind, genuine, compassionate & nurturing young woman! Entire Staff has Always been kind hearted animal loving compassionate & caring people! They're reasonably priced. Actually best pricing compared to other more well known ones. Take your Fur Baby here! You'll feel good about it!
I love the staff here and they take great care of my dog. They listen to your concerns and don't rush you. I understand the veterinary industry is facing some challenges, but one trap many clients face is excessive and unnecessary upcharging and addition of services that aren't truly needed. This clinic avoid that and provides helpful, honest care.
I brought one of my dogs in for his first visit today and I was so pleasantly surprised by how kind and accommodating everyone was with my anxious boy. From check-in, the exam, vaccines, bloodwork, and check-out… very streamlined, kind, and understanding, and it gave me such a sense of relief that he was being cared for after many failed well checks (due to his anxiety) at our previous clinic. Highly recommend this office and looking forward to bringing my other dog for her checkup this summer!
