Unfortunately Dr. Parks rushes through appointments, doesn't ask any questions about historical treatments, the development of the condition or anything relevant to the examination of the condition and just states what he believes it is from a 30 second exam. It's as if you're actually wasting his time by being in the office. He provided a treatment option after not explaining the diagnosis, what causes it and how to handle it long-term rather simply ordered me a prescription for a cream without explaining what it even was and how the treatment even worked. I have been going to Dr. Parks for the past 6 years. He is very professional and thorough and I appreciate that he addresses any concerns I have about my skin and takes the time to explain what to look for to stay on top of your health.
I have eczema and I went to see doctor Benjamin Bogucki. First he is very handsome doctor. Secondly it was very easy to check in, great atmosphere, and it did not feel like I was at 8am appointment. Everyone was smiling and had great energy. The doctor is very knowledgeable and friendly. I will recommend him to my friends and family.
