E & E TOWING - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

I needed my car towed to Firestone. I was reluctant to use this towing service at first because of the reviews. HOWEVER!!! It was FAR FROM!!! what others had written and experienced in their reviews!!! The manager (Tim) was very polite, understanding/addressed my concerns and reassure me of their services. I was told who will be picking my car up, the time, and what type of towing vehicle was coming. The Tower called me, gave approximately the time frame in which he'll be arriving, a 2 minute courtesy call and did a walk through for any visual damage that might be on the car before hooking it up. My car was towed/arrived at its destination safely and without any problems. Thanks E & E Towing

They were absolutely amazing! We had been waiting hours for our original road side service and they never came. But E&E Towing updated us the whole way while there guy was coming to us. Sent us pictures of the car being dropped off and the keys being placed in the drop box. Wonderful family owned company. And they were so helpful and just wonderful all around!
