The only reason I'm giving them a 2 is because of my experience with the unprofessional receptionist they have working there the rest of the staff is fine. I had a scheduled procedure and me and my friend entered and wasn't explained anything was just told to sit down. It was close to my appointment time and I had not been called up or told anything, so it was close to my appointment time so I went up. I asked her about what was going on. Have come twice as a support person. The doctors and medical staff themselves seem competent and no complaints. However, the front desk receptionist (older, middle-aged woman with long blue braids) was so rude (impatient, scowling, made surly little comments, and also weirdly, unnecessarily snarky about how I walked in with a travel mug of coffee in hand) that she colored the whole experience for us.Public-facing office employees create the initial experience for patients, for better or for worse. They are extremely rude and canceled my appointment after I made all types of arrangements because doctor didn’t want a gap in his schedule. Absolute joke do not make an appointment here
