Digestive Associates of Ohio provides a comforting experience for patients undergoing sensitive procedures. The nurses and staff are gentle, respectful, and kind, making patients feel at ease. The doctors, including Dr. Tzagournis, are friendly, happy, and smart, taking the time to explain everything clearly and listening to patients' questions without making them feel rushed. Despite some initial nervousness, patients generally have a pleasant experience and highly recommend the office and its doctors.
I don't understand the negative reviews on here. I recently went in and had my first experience with Digestive Associates of Ohio. Every single person I interacted with, from the front receptionist, to all the nurses and Dr. Adam Tzagournis, was absolutely great. The first intake nurse made me feel absolutely comforted and gave me the smoothest IV I've ever had. The procedure nurses were amazing, and Dr Adam was very professional and efficient. I highly recommend them! A warm and quick visit. Thank you !!
Terrible communication (if any) from office staff. Everyone in the office is rude as if they are completely miserable. No follow up from visits or procedures. When testing was ordered they never even inform you. I did like my physician however I doubt I return because you cannot trust the staff.
The office staff was very helpful and able to schedule my colonoscopy just 4 days out. As my benefits were going to switch and I already had maxed out my insurance. A few other places around CBUS couldn't get me seen until next year.
The office was nice, the front desk was kind.
The wait was a bit long, but it is busy.
Once I got to the back, it's very nice and comfortable. All of the nurses were great. Once it was showtime, I was wheeled into the OR where I met the doctor, and a few other nurses, we talked about our love for dogs and I was out.
I will be coming back in two years to see Dr. Tzagournis. It's also convenient that everything...read full review
