This company is leaving Ohioans and other states out to DRY. They allowed a massive data breach of over 2 million on the unemployment system. Now they are repeatedly pushing deadlines back for reprogramming the unemployment system. Theyve now pushed it back so far that their target date is 2 weeks before the program ENDS. UNACCEPTABLE. This will be the first of many reviews on your programming abilities. PEOPLE ARE DYING, PEOPLE ARE STARVING. THERE IS A REAL WORLD BEHIND YOUR IT COMPUTERS. shame on you.

We are speaking out at this point someone needs to explain why it is taking 2 months to issue emergency assistance and out of the 5 states you represent are they being paid and Ohio isn't this is going to snowball into a protest there is no if ands or buts about it and I will be standing on the front lines this is beyond unacceptable

The system is already in place! Why are you taking so long to implement the new information? Piss poor job if you ask me. I hope you lose the contract after this poor performance by your company. Your it professionals need to work 24hrs a day 7 days a week and get the system up and running this is ridiculous!
