Austin and Nick did a great job. They quickly identified and fixed a leaking pipe in my basement ceiling. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and very polite. The pricing was reasonable, and I’ll definitely contact this company again for future plumbing needs.

Five star review from us, for sure! There's no substitution for knowledge and experience, and Custom Care Group's technicians have both of those traits, in addition to being very friendly and personable!
During a bathroom upgrade, we ran into a problem when the arm to the shower head broke off, leaving parts of the thread inside the wall. ? We thought we might have to open up the wall, but Montana not only figured out what needed to be done, he went above and beyond by making a special trip to get a particular tool he needed. What a pro!

Abel and Fatima are the best! I’ll always call custom care for any maintenance we need! I love how quick, clean, and organized Able and Fatima do their work! The girls in office are just the nicest ladies! Recommending to all my neighbors now!
