Roger is the absolute best.. Timely, efficient & affordable. This was my 2nd time calling him & I'll definitely call again & refer him to anyone who needs work done. He serviced my washer today.

Roger from Cruz Appliances was able to diagnose and fix a broken clutch in our washing machine for $80 less than the estimate we got from another company. Then when another problem occurred he returned twice to help us and was able to determine that the motor had also been damaged. He fixed that too. If I have any problems with an appliance in the future, I'm calling Roger. If I ever have to buy a new appliance, I'm going to do it from Cruz Appliances.Service: Washing machine repair

Difficult to get in contact with Cruz appliance... they take a long time to respond. HOWEVER, once you get in contact, they do an excellent job with delivery, repairs, and with providing reasonably priced appliances.
