Cannot say enough about this team. My basement flooded and I wasn’t sure what to do or who to call. So….hello google… I called on a Friday and was told they were overbooked through Tuesday. The lovely lady answering the phone said she would still take down my info in case there was any time that came available. Within just a couple of hours, they had techs who could help. The techs showed up when they said they would, very quickly assessed the situation and just as quickly resolved my issue. Techs were nothing but professional, efficient and so kind. Fantastic experience and don’t hesitate to give them a call!

I spent 3 hours with Shane and Clayton in the basement of a potential UA investment property acquisition. They ran a camera to the city line, then cleared all the roots/debris clogging the main drain line. They pointed out some potential points of future clogs or failure in the interior galvanized/iron plumbing. I learned more from them in 3 hours than the equivalent time spent in Biochem lecture. I can’t say enough good things about Shane and CPR Drain Cleaning.
They were fast, affordable and good at their job. I learned a lot about drain systems tbh!
They came out and snaked out my laundry floor drain and then broke up roots in main line. They didn’t try and upsell me anything or make the problem sound worse or scarier than it was.
This is a big relief. Straight forward and reliable! Also, so much more affordable and knowledgeable than the BIG COMPANIES here in Cbus. I’ll go with them every time now. Thanks guys:)
