I had a hard time adjusting to progressive eye glasses. I worked with Troy, the manager at the optical shop at Polaris. Troy was very patient with me and eventually we found a solution. I strongly recommend Costco Optical, they are professional and stand by their 100% satisfaction guarantee. They are also much less expensive than other shops.
I picked up some glasses from another store but the frames were crooked! I took them to the Costco vision center during a regular grocery trip and Melinda had me fixed up in 5 minutes free of charge! Awesome customer service and very helpful!!
I got my prescription from my eye doctor and brought it here to order glasses. I got 2 pair for the price of one vs the big name stores. Best priced glasses around and the staff is amazing! They have brand names like Gucci, Jimmy Choo, and Tory Burch, too.
