However, some customers have experienced issues, such as having their battery killed and being charged extra for a jump start. Despite this, the company has a dedicated employee, Blade, who provides superb customer service and goes beyond expectations to resolve problems.
Lynmette was amazing I hope I spell the name correctly went to go get a car of mine but she was super nice friendly lady 😊 I can't explain how great she was would like to say thank you so much and god bless you for everything.
Lynette was a very big help and was very sweet and understanding. She made the process very smooth and efficient and was able to turn my day around ! Her supervisors should be very proud
The woman working last night who answered the phone was so incredibly rude and short with me over the phone and was generally unhelpful with my situation, insisting they couldn’t send a tow to my location without my landlord calling them directly (even though I had called independently a few months ago and they sent someone out- no trouble, no mention of needing another person to call.) Even after I contacted my landlord who did call them directly to have a two truck dispatched to our house, they never came to tow the vehicle. Our paid parking has now been blocked for over 12 hours.
