However, some customers have experienced issues, such as having their battery killed and being charged extra for a jump start. Despite this, the company has a dedicated employee, Blade, who provides superb customer service and goes beyond expectations to resolve problems.
Killed my battery. Only a year old. Wouldn't give me a jump start unless I payed them another 60 dollars for a jump start cuz they left my ignition turned on and yanked my key out.
When its comes to consistent, effective and persistence the first name that comes to mind is Blade from Complete Towing. Blade went beyond all expectations and provided superb customer service. He made an overly stressful and disheartening process seamless and provided peace of mind, I would like to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation without Blade and his patience and persistence this would have been a nightmare.
