My brother passed away November ,24, 2021 and they messed our payments up they just now layed it and it has the wrong birth year everything they was supposed to do they have messed up which is only adding to our greiving and they have did nothing in return it's really sad they are about to be on the news and sued..

I ordered a headstone for my mother on 6/3/2022, and paid in full that day. Was told it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery because the item i chose was in stock. Here it, is 9/8 and my mom still has no headstone. I have called MULTIPLE times and most of the time i have to leave a voicemail. If i do actually get to talk to someone i get the run around. I have been very understanding but this is crazy! I was going to order from another company originally but the owners were on vacation and no one else could take orders. Learn from my mistake and go elsewhere.

These people are awful!!! My grandpas headstone has been paid off since June and they refuse to put it in and they refuse to give money back! Do NOT deal with these people, they take advantage of elderly people! Awful, awful, awful people to deal with!!!
