I was unexpectedly locked in my bathroom late at night which was really scary, but the technician Ryan came to my apartment quickly and worked tirelessly to get me out. It was a complicated situation with an old lock, so it took awhile but he was very persistent. He even offered to clean up everything afterward and was very friendly. Highly recommend!

Great experience. The very first customer contact called me back after being disconnected. Courteous. Dakota came to my house and fixed my car key and phob. Did not take long. Professional fast and friendly. I will call them again for all future key issues. Very nice to be reminded that good customer service still exists in this world.

Recently locked myself out of my house and these guys came to the rescue. It cost three times more than what I anticipated but I don't know what other locksmiths are charging. I think next time I'll just kick in my door and buy a new one to save some money. They did a great job though. Arrived in a timely manner and were professional.
