Would have been 5 stars if not for administrators and driver managers,John in specific, but some others were just not helpful. I was instructed on several occasions to contact the broker for #'s that I should have had at load assignment. I guess the person that books load doesn't verify. If you have the ability to get things done with minimal assistance from your support personal, then you will do fine. Pay is good. there is no problem with the equipment either. I love the tractor I was assigned. Payroll and orientation are at the top of their game. Good company to work for I really enjoyed having the owners grandson aiden for a Dm I see that kid running the company one day and doing a good job and Marci and Doug treated me like family not a truck number I’m really grateful they gave me a chance and I’m really going to miss them all and hope I was a good employee for them I give coldliner 100% 5stars
