i have been a member now for 4 months and i am totally addicted. i have back and knee issues(one replaced knee and arthritis in the other one ) and the workouts have made me stronger. i can go up and down stairs easier and the workouts are not as difficult as when i started. classes are often full when i book them and i get on waiting list and i have NEVER not gotten in… even if I'm 5th on WL. Instructors teach differently and i have figured out which ones are more challenging.. Tabby, Kate and Ashley push us and also make sure we are doing things correctly! Space is Always clean and staff is friendly and helpful!
