The technician was very professional and went beyond by getting the cost reduced after noticing that less needed to be done after the original estimate. My only complaint is that there was so much moss and other tree debris on my roof when it was done that there is now dead, brown places on my roof that I can't get off. I had a family member come after the second treatment and tried with a stiff broom but it had already become dried on the shingles. I know it would cost extra but if the debris could have been brushed off before the bleach treatment it likely would have helped.

There are several companies you can contact to wash the exterior of the home. My wife found contact. They were fair with your pricing and did an outstanding job. I'm a busy realtor and will recommend them to my clients. I would use them again. Thank you
