I’ve had my hair straightened before but never at City Cut Salon with Alan. My hair was frizzy and only semi-straight, and I had let it grow too long. In desperate need of hair straightening treatment that lasts longer than a month. Brazilian blowouts and keratin treatments do not straighten as much as they remove frizzy hair. Alan Chan provided a Japanese hair straightening treatment that seems to have worked for my hair.

I drove 4 hours to get my hair done at City Cuts and it is absolutely perfect! Alan and Emily were both so nice and the actual process turned out exactly as I’d hoped. They offered water and were very thorough with working on my hair. I’ll always come back here
