Very nice and explained everything so well to my mom, who was nervous of the bald face hornets. Got lucky Justin was 15 mins away and sprayed them and 3 days latter all dead. Just cut the branch down today ?
We found that yellow jackets had been nesting in our attic above our master bathroom.
We called and got a response immediately and Justin was out at our house within the next hour.
Took care of the nest inside and found another outside that he also took care of.
Very happy with the work, the urgency and the explanation of the chemicals that were used.
