After 5 years i decided to leave this company here is why

1. The last 3 years they keep cutting down driver pay it's hard to make 1k +weekly before tax, as a local driver

2 bad management , drivers we don't even get 5 days work sometimes and they hiring new drivers every months it's hard to get load

3. 80% live load and unload everyday

4 they planing start hourly pay by ELD this is crazy 80% live loading and unloading
For example today you are work 10hrs
5hrs dock loading and unloading and 5hrs driving go and back you get pay only 5hrs driving by hourly it's free the other 5hrs dock onduty they look how many hrs you drive ELD not...read full review

This company charged back a over $80,000+ job we completed for them 11/12/2022-11/28/2022 After a clear up check payment was sent We spoke with their California office person he said it was not his problem we have been trying to speak with Amrit Bajwa of Columbus Ohio location on 4540 fisher road multiple times we have tried email calls text no response this is heart breaking for my company

Said we didn't send in BOL quick enough so they deducted 300$ from the rate. We sent in the BOL the day it was requested but there system couldn't open it. Told them we would get it in another format when the driver turned in hard copies at the end of the week. Not good enough for them apparently. Will not pull anything else for them. A 300$ rate deduction is ridiculous for waiting on paperwork for only 4 days. Crooked company in my opinion.
