I have been going to Michael for the past several years for low back pain, herniated disc in my neck and a partial tear in my hamstring. During this time, he has worked tirelessly with me on the mind/body connection and has helped me to release multiple traumas via myofascial massage/ therapy in those areas and others in the body. He is an amazing myofascial therapist and he is so intuitive to what my body needs at that particular moment. Highly recommend!!
