We are absolutely amazed at the quality, honesty, courtesy. Integrity and the commitment to fairness that was displayed through the technician sent from Bexley Heating & Cooling Company. The technician, Fred was friendly and professional. Explained step by step the problem with our AC, and helped us understand all points of the diagnosis. The short of it is we had a jaw dropping experience of satisfaction provided through Bexley Heating & Cooling Co., and conclude they are a 5 star company.

He provided details throughout his visit on what he was inspecting, concerns he had about our system, and cost for repair before performing.
