Took my kids here and it was alright, scheduled them to come back in 6 months, figured they would give me a couple days heads up reminder of when the appointment would be. Get a call the day it was saying this is a reminder you have an appointment in an hour…. Just want to know who thought it was a good idea to remind someone of their appointment an hour before!?! Very stupid to me and considering finding a new dentist.
Took my daughter for her first visit today and the dentist was so good with my child. My child normally doesn't do well with doctors, and they took their time to introduce themselves and hang out for a minute to make her warm up to the dental office.
Front desk is TERRIBLE. I scheduled an appointment in person my son, took my son out of school early, showed up for the appointment, and was told that the appt was rescheduled... without a call or any notification. No apology or anything. Front desk staff is extremely rude. Unbelievable.
