Phenomenal deep tissue massage! Moon can really pinpoint your specific pain areas, and will take your exercise/work routines into account when targeting muscle groups. The process can be intense and at times a little painful in the moment, but I always feel lots of release and relief immediately afterwards. It's a good pain. I have been 3 times so far, and as she gets to know me better, the massage also feels better and more individualized to me. I plan to return many more times.
