Ben is the owner and always greets me pleasantly by name. It's a mom and pop shop and they treat me like family. They offer me water, give a discount for me on mother's day. (They know my child is in heaven and encourage me to stop by to get pampered.) I love getting my nails done at Bella Nails
I’ve been going there for years, though only sporadically as I am not a manicure-all-the-time type of person. I love this place so much and see no reason to try a different place as I’m very satisfied with the price point and product they provide. I usually can get in without an appointment and my nails always look great! Will continue going there for the foreseeable future. I usually don’t see a specific nail tech, but the quality is the same across the board.
After a few years of suffering through nail salons horrible service, rude emoloyees, way over priced for bloody nails, in Mansfield. I have escaped the ugly and found a beautiful salon in Polaris. I drive an hour for the best service, friendliest staff AND The cleanest and best kept salon. No torn chairs, no filthy uncleaned stations. No dirty nail dryers. No employees on their phones. Bella Nail &Spa is my Heaven. Staff is so professional, and caring of your needs. If they gave me coffee I may never leave.
