My husband has gone here twice, once with John and once with Autumn. They both did a great job on his cut- highly recommend adding the facial too! Beautiful interior of the shop. 10/10 experience.

First time going to this location. Autumn was very nice and after talking through what I wanted, she did an amazing job. Would recommended Bates and Brown to anyone looking for a quality cut and I will be going back!

AZ from Bates and Brown- Olentangy was great! Super polite and experienced barber, had me in and out in 20 minutes and the haircut and beard looked great! Will definitely be visiting AZ again!
