We noticed a smell in the utility room and the main drain had backed up. We called on a Saturday night and our Technician Rough Agyemang McLovinn came out the next morning. He was great! He explained everything in detail and had us come look at the line to show what he saw in the moment. I work in finance so it’s always great to have someone that is very detailed oriented. He was nice, smiled, and was overall pleasant in an unpleasant situation. Thank you so much Rough!
