This review is for Jimmy Hacker. He came and heard my complaint about the wabbling noise caused by a new install. Took his time to listen to me vs previous tech. Found the issue and resolved fairly quickly. I hope anyone that has an issue could be blessed by this genuinely kind hearted person .

Our AC had went out unexpectedly so we called Arrow since they installed it a couple years ago. Shane was super prompt in getting someone out to assist us and Andy was able to come the next day. Andy was quick and efficient and was able to replace a broken part super fast. We were so nervous we’d have to pay for some expensive part but it was so affordable and easy. Thank you guys!

Ask for Jimmy. Hands down the best rep there. I had an issue and they came out a few times and the issue still wasn’t resolved, Jimmy came out and fixed the issue after 5 minutes ?♂️. He knows what he’s doing, is patient with someone like myself who doesn’t know much about this area and clearly walks you through the problem/solution. If you have to go through arrow for service for new homes like mi homes, Ask for Jimmy!!!
